How long are transcripts kept?

Free projects are deleted 15 days after processing. Paid projects stay available until you delete them.

Does the free plan require a credit card?

No. You will enter the secure checkout only if you choose to upgrade and confirm payment.

How do I cancel a subscription or delete my account?

You can manage or cancel your subscription from Billing. Before closing your account, cancel any active subscription and follow the on-screen identity checks.
